Northern Pine Properties is a Cincinnati, Ohio based company founded in February 2005 by Thomas Goodwin, an Ohio licensed real estate agent (Realtor) with Coldwell Banker Oyer, Inc. since July 2001.
The company has two core areas of operations. As the name might suggest, Northern Pine Properties was founded to invest in real estate, namely the acquisition and development of raw land in and around Cincinnati, Ohio.
Currently the company’s holdings are concentrated on an area just east of Cincinnati in Brown County, Ohio. We continue to grow and expand by acquiring more land and our goal is to expand into new geographic markets. Alternative energy generation is the second core area of operation. We are partnering with owners of commercial buildings, public utility companies and energy cooperatives. In doing so we have invested heavily in solar panel projects to generate renewable energy that are profitable and environmentally responsible.
